    Luxurious rooms with spacious layouts and good rainfall showers create a comfy atmosphere. The rooftop bar impresses with fine views and a range of tasty drinks that elevate the experience well beyond the usual.

    Despite the appealing atmosphere, I encountered some noise issues from events above, disruptive late into the night. My shower didn't quite contain the water well, resulting in a pretty wet bathroom floor each time. Although the spacious rooms were nice, the occasional table and chair dragging from the restaurant during early morning hours made for some early wake-ups. I found the parking situation to be a bit inconvenient, with facilities located 500 meters away.

    The Koshihikari rice used in the restaurant was a culinary delight, perfectly fluffy and paired with scrumptious dishes. I also loved the fine rooftop bar with its vibrant vibe and excellent drinks. Plus, the really good dining at the restaurant made it all the more nice!

    The glass door of the WC made an awful noise! A softer stopper or soft close mechanism would do wonders. The faux walnut flooring in the corridors looks worn. A vinyl upgrade could keep it looking fresh without breaking the bank.

    The Radisson Collection Bilbao features stunningly designed interiors with local artwork and a modern layout. I particularly appreciated the spacious Collection Superior Room, made moving around easy. The rooftop bar offered amazing views.

    would like to stay here on the next trip

    The room was spacious, with air conditioning, a coffee machine, and a tv. Loved the shower, and the bathrobe was a nice touch. Spa facilities include a sauna and a fitness center which were great. Good location near the old town and the river.

    The junior suite felt luxurious. Spacious layout with a rainfall shower was a highlight. The rooftop bar offered fine views and delicious cocktails. Breakfast had plenty of variety, with fresh options daily. Staff at reception offered friendly service but could improve on responsiveness during busy times. The cleanliness was inconsistent, especially in the bathroom, where we found some water issues. A couple of staff members were a bit rude when I asked about the marketing opt-in.
